Are you a Paralegal, Litigation Executive, trainee ILEX or NQ Solicitor with experience dealing with property related Debt recovery matters and looking to work 100% remotely from home?
You will be joining the team of this specialist L&T practice based in Sussex who deal with a range of matters on behalf of large corporate landlords (including Royal Borough authorities and household names), as well as smaller portfolio and lessee owned landlords and providing advice to Resident Management Companies or Right to Manage Companies.
This role focusses on L&T Debt Recovery work including Rent and Service Charge Recovery and carrying out Enforcement work. Experience issuing claims, using the correct enforcement method to collect debts in the High/County Courts, dealing with attachment of earnings, charging orders, statutory demands and serving Section 21 & Section 8 notices, issuing possession proceedings and instructing bailiffs would be required.
This role is full-time and can be 100% remote working or hybrid depending on experience. You must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems. The team keep in regular contact via video/meeting calls and support is on hand if required. There is also the option to work 1-2 days per week from the firm's offices in East Sussex (NOT ESSENTIAL).
