Alongside their solar farm and BESS projects, they deliver a wide range of energy solutions to secure a more sustainable future.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to contract specifications with regard to quality, timescales, and costs. This role requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, with hotel accommodation and additional expenses provided when working away from home. A company vehicle will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with contract specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to company procedures.
• Strategically allocate resources to optimise the use of human resources and minimise costs related to materials and equipment.
• Ensure all team members follow Health and Safety policies and site-specific risk assessments.
• Oversee operational teams to consistently deliver high-quality services.
• Implement corporate strategies to enhance financial performance.
• Ensure project performance meets budgetary constraints and key performance indicators.
• Manage the supply chain efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and managers.
• Recruit, train, and motivate operational staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in project management within utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV or BESS facilities.
• Skilled in reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety, budget management, and programme responsibility.
• HNC qualification with relevant industry training (SMSTS, CDM, IOSH).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, supply chain, and employees.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
• Flexible and willing to travel; full driving licence required.
