A sales development representative is the tip of the spear for GTM teams. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients who will benefit from the products/services on offer. You are at the very start of the sales cycle and are required to add to the top of the sales funnel. Your responsibility is to make contact with key decision-makers and sell the value of a further meeting with your business where you can then delve into how your product can add value to your client and solve their pain points.
You will need to be able to think on your feet, handle objections, demonstrate resilience and be passionate about your product.
If you are looking for a career that involves great culture, fast-paced progression opportunities and the opportunity to earn a lot, this is the role for you!
Personal qualities which make you a great candidate:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Outgoing and confident
- Resilient and able to overcome hurdles
- Driven to progress and prosper within sales
