We are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury health, hair and beauty brand, who you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they employ over 40,000 people worldwide, turnover around $20 billion and have been established for over 100 years. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for people with a field-based sales experience and a consultative approach.

Role:

  • Managing an account base of around 60-70 spending accounts
  • New business and developing a number of warm accounts also on territory
  • Consultative sales approach working to grow your existing accounts
  • Managing your own diary/territory
  • Selling a range of market leading products and acting as a business partner to your accounts

Candidate:

  • Have a minimum of 1 years’ field sales experience
  • History of account management and new business (ideally business to business)
  • Have a stable sales background
  • Someone who is structured in their approach to help build and develop accounts
  • Live on/near the area (Kent or surrounding area)
  • Good at building relationships

Package:

  • Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 (based on level of experience)
  • Bonus: up to £45k – paid MONTHLY – current OTE £20-25k
  • Company car (fully expensed) or Car Allowance
  • Phone and laptop
