The Recruitment Company is a boutique agency with a global presence (offices in Dublin & Sydney). Due to continued success in our Dublin office, we are looking to expand the team with an eager, passionate and high achieving recruitment consultant.
We are not just another recruitment company. We are looking for swagger, authenticity, drive and the ability to abide by our one company Golden Rule – “Don’t take the piss”.

What we need from you:
- 3+ years recruitment experience in an agency
- Technology recruitment experience across any domain
- Contract recruitment experience is a big plus
- Strong business development skills and running a 360' desk
- Switched on, ambitious, and up for a challenge!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for emerging technologies
- Oodles and oodles of positive energy (positive introverts more than welcome though)
