My client in the specialist lending sector is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join their London team on a permanent basis. A starting salary of up to £33,000 is on offer with a potential first-year OTE up to £42,000. They are looking for someone with 3-5 years' experience within a similar role who has mainly worked on main residence and BTL cases. Experience with commercial lenders would also be a bonus. The role will be hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

The kinds of mortgages this team covers are: BTL, semi-commercial and commercial property, bridging, refurbishment loans, development loans, foreign national mortgages.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input mortgage applications into various lender systems.
  • Provide thorough administrative support to brokers.
  • Oversee the client service journey from start to finish, coordinating with clients, lenders, and solicitors.
  • Record all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collect and upload necessary client documents within set compliance timelines.
  • Scan and ensure all documentation complies with company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with FCA regulations in all tasks.
  • Assist the team with other duties as needed.

  • Proven experience in mortgage administration within the independent market, familiar with various lenders' products and online platforms.
