An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager (Maternity leave cover) to join our Block Management Team at Kingston Park. As a Property Manager, the role will involve managing a portfolio of developments across the North East as well as other general day to day leasehold management activities. It is therefore essential that you possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of budget monitoring and working in a performance focussed environment.

About the Role:
- You will plan and set service charge budgets according to the terms of the lease for a portfolio of properties.
- Deliver periodic inspections at each building and regularly meet and communicate with our clients.
- Arrange, administer and attend Residents Meetings & AGM’s.
- Deliver excellent, consistent, and responsive customer services to clients, leaseholders and customers both face to face, over the telephone and by email and letter.
Your Experience:
- An interest in property, have previous block management experience in a similar role and keen to learn new skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
- Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using IT systems.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- To be an enthusiastic team player.
