The Transport Trainer is responsible for delivering behavioural and technical training standards to all members of Transport Teams. To be an ambassador for Asda and support the depots in achieving specific performance indicators relating to training, safety and legal compliance. You will prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarising data for reports. Deliver training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes. Design a technical training or instruction session and develop and maintain relevant high-quality training resources to ensure the achievement of specified outcomes.
Licences and certifications: Jaupt Approved CPC Trainer, IOSH Certified, HGV CE License, LGV Assessor Qualification
Skills: Great verbal and written communication. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on:
- Acquiring, organising, protecting and processing data to fulfil business objectives.
- Achieving full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management.
