Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den Ausbau unseres Actuarial Recruitment Desk für den deutschen Markt
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu führenden Versicherungs- und Bankkunden
  • Leitung von Geschäftsentwicklungsinitiativen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem deutschsprachigen Consultant
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Zukunft unserer DACH-Division

Ihr Profil:

  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting und in der Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Starke Führungs-, Mentoring- und Beziehungsmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Deutscher Muttersprachler, Fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Ehrgeizige, belastbare und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit
  • Leidenschaft für Leistung und Teamarbeit
