Are you a proactive and experienced talent sourcer with a passion for finding exceptional talent within the dynamic engineering and technology sectors?
The Opportunity:
Identify and attract top engineering & technology talent for UK and potentially European vacancies (contract/permanent) as our Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will manage the full sourcing life cycle and contribute significantly to our team's success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels for existing and pipeline vacancies in the UK and EU, covering both contract and permanent positions.
- Efficiently reviewing incoming applications, conducting initial screening, and providing constructive feedback to hiring managers and external agencies.
- Providing administrative support for Preferred Supplier List reviews.
- Assisting with interview scheduling and maintaining the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Supporting the creation and execution of engaging vacancy advertisements and employer branding.
- Collaborating closely with the HR Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, gained within a complex engineering or technology environment (either in an agency or in-house setting).
- A solid technical knowledge base, coupled with a strong willingness and aptitude to learn more about specific technical domains.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A good understanding of current recruitment best practices and relevant employment law in the UK and ideally France.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a dynamic and often high-volume workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- A strong team player mentality, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative in assigned areas.
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience working within or closely alongside the space industry, ideally within the UK or Europe.
