SAP HCM Consultant

Masentó SAP are working with a client based in Europe that requires an experienced SAP HCM Consultant on an initial 6-month freelance basis. This will be a fully remote project with some occasional on-site central Europe on an ad-hoc basis – for UK, it will fall inside IR35

Our client is looking for an SAP HCM Specialist to lead our team through a carve-out project, separating HR systems and processes with precision and efficiency.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support, with a focus on carve-out projects preferred
• Drive the end-to-end carve-out process for SAP HCM modules, including Time Management, Payroll Accounting & Compensation
• Ability to lead SAP HCM end-to-end solutions
• Deep understanding of SAP HCM modules and integration points
• Strong in HCM Core process PA, OM and corresponding configurations (Hire2Retire etc.)
• Able to run Compensation cycle in HCM
• Design and guide technical team to develop interfaces, IDOC between SAP and other vendor systems – preparation of development requests
