Hours: 06:00 - 18:00 3 on 3 off
Are you an experienced quality candidate within the Food Manufacturing Industry, who is keen to develop their career towards a senior management position, and looking to gain the experience? This role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team of QC Technicians, monitoring KPI's and creating development plans for continuous improvement.
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders and management, review and feedback on SOP's, and lead shift quality meetings.
- Conduct product quality checks, microbiology testing and taste panels.
- Handle customer complaints, addressing non-conformance and carry out investigations. Ensure all traceability exercises are completed.
- Conduct internal audits including GMP, QMS, fabrication and equipment calibrations.
