Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and build relationships with key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of content-driven digital and social media campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of content and social media strategies across multiple channels, ensuring creative, engaging, and brand-aligned outputs.
• Provide creative direction and collaborate with content creators, designers, and video production teams to deliver high-quality content across platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support in content production, project management, and client service.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience within a digital or creative agency, with a focus on content production, social media, and digital marketing.
• Strong background in content creation, including video production, social media strategies, and digital content management.
• Proven experience in managing content-heavy accounts for rights holders and brands.
• In-depth understanding of digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with an understanding of workflows, timelines, and budgeting.
