This is a pro rata salary of £45,000. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the flexibility to work a reduced number of days per week, offering you a fantastic work-life balance.

As their Designer, you will:

  • Lead the design of contemporary, commercial menswear collections across a variety of categories, including jersey, outerwear, shirting, woven bottoms, and knitwear.
  • Create collections that are not only on-trend but commercially viable and true to the brand's DNA.
  • Own the full design process, from initial concept to final completion, meeting critical path deadlines along the way.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure each seasonal collection aligns with the brand's vision and maintains cohesiveness.
  • Source, develop, and select premium fabrics and handlooms that meet both design and production requirements.
  • Curate seasonally relevant color palettes that elevate the collections.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching current and future menswear trends.
  • Produce detailed technical specs and sketches for the production team.
  • Lead fit sessions and sample reviews, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Present collections confidently to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with production, technical, and merchandising teams to bring your vision to life.
  • Analyse market and sales data, using consumer insights to refine designs.
  • Travel as needed to support the business.
