Due to ongoing business growth and exciting prospects for further work, Lodestone Recruitment Ltd is working in partnership with our client in Sheffield. They currently require a Material's Handler who has a background in either Stores, Stock Controller or Engineering Labouring to join their busy team.
If you are a Material's Handler with the following experience, we are keen to speak to you:
- Must have experience in Engineering, Fabrication, Laser profiling or Steel sectors.
- Must have a valid or recently expired FLT Counterbalance licence.
- Ideally have an overhead crane licence or have experience in using them.
- Experience in stores, with some hands-on work like fettling would be an advantage, or goods in/out would be considered as long as other criteria are met.
It is assumed you have a willingness to join a forward-thinking and ambitious company, you can manage your workload effectively and you possess good communication skills.
In return for your hard work, our client will offer the following:
- £26-27k + overtime paid at a T1/2
- Regular days, Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Ongoing training as required
- Permanent position
- Excellent pension
