We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team, supporting key accounting processes. This role offers great exposure to transactional finance tasks and is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Allocating and reconciling payments
- Managing supplier and tenant queries
- Producing and checking debtors and creditors reports
- Assisting with Direct Debit collections and tenant deposit scheme management
- Performing regular bank reconciliations
- Some finance experience OR studying towards AAT
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
