About the Role – Van Driver 3.5t

Van Driver to support team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring legal compliance in a food waste collection environment. You will work alongside to drivers to ensure collections are completed efficiently and safely.

Location: Leeds – Goole DN14 area

Working hours: Part time potential to more hours – 3 days a week – flexible – 10 hours a day

Shift start : 4am

Pay: £12.21ph

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading food waste
• Help drivers navigate to each collection destination on schedule
• Support driver with reversing and maneuvering the vehicle
• Accurately input collection data into the company’s collection app
• Maintain clean and presentable vehicles, reporting any issues or damage immediately
• Communicate customer complaints or comments and report any issues to the supervisor
• Act as an ambassador for the company, creating a positive impression with customers
• Carry out bin and liner deliveries
• Perform additional duties and weekend shifts when needed
