What you will be doing...
- Making sure our holiday homes are sparkling clean, super safe, and in great shape for our guests to enjoy every time they stay.
- Equipping the team with the right tools and supplies to tackle their tasks smoothly and efficiently.
- Teaming up with the Assistant Accommodation Manager to dive into guest feedback and uncover areas for improvement.
- Monitoring cleaning standards and taking action to address any issues promptly.
- Creating lasting connections with guests and quickly resolving any queries.
- Ensuring safe handling of chemicals and cleaning materials, following COSHH guidelines.
- Using our computer systems to keep everything on track and accurately record necessary data.
