The Design & Furniture division of Leaders Search & Selection at Randstad Professional, specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior management roles, is looking for a Showroom Manager for a renowned Italian Design company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management and Sales Performance
- Ensure financial targets related to revenue, costs, and operational results are met;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and collaborations (A&D, developers, etc.);
- Analyze sales performance and expenses to optimize strategies;
- Oversee customer satisfaction and resolve critical issues;
- Monitor and manage orders with the parent company in Italy.
- Staff Management
- Coordinate and motivate the team;
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies;
- Optimize store operations and internal communication;
- Manage work schedules, attendance, holidays, and leaves;
- Train staff on products and IT systems;
- Assist in recruiting new sales personnel in collaboration with HR and the Business Manager.
- Store Management
- Handle administrative procedures in collaboration with accountants;
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and logistics partners;
- Oversee inventory and stock management;
