As the Global Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the ICG offices across all global locations. Your role will involve working closely with the client to ensure simplicity, efficiency, and effective delivery of services.
Acting as the main point of contact for the responsible individuals at each office, including the London office, you will successfully coordinate and lead the Property Services function. You will ensure that ICG has the necessary level of detail required for any decisions or sign-offs. Key Responsibilities- Oversee & Coordinate all suppliers & services, identifying and implementing budgetary efficiencies
- Operational management of ICG office responsible individuals as well as London
- Develop and roll out a Global framework for office/facilities management to support local managers
- Develop and manage global reporting process for the operational performance of each office
- Lead Global strategic workplace projects to ensure maximum utilisation of office space
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
- Ensure Employers Liability, Public Liability and Building & Contents Insurance are reviewed and renewed as required
- Strong background in Facilities management of leading multi site teams
- Good knowledge of commercial property leases, understanding the landlord and tenant relationship, key lease terms and how they impact the organisation
- Experience in developing global governance processes
- Understanding of property legislations
- Previous supplier management experience
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
