Salary - £37,000 per annum plus bonus and mileage
40 hours per week Monday to Friday - no late nights and all weekends off

People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are currently looking for an experienced Regional Chef Manager with fantastic craft skills and a background of developing and leading a team. You should be a foodie with great people skills and a strong understanding of all aspects of food safety and health & safety, budgeting, finance, managing wastage and stock controls. You must be flexible and comfortable with travelling to different schools weekly and occasionally daily with last minute diary changes.
