With your previous care experience, you will be leading our care team to provide personalised care, meeting and exceeding our residents’ expectations. NVQ level 3 in Adult Care is essential for this role. At least 12 months experience of being a Deputy Manager / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
