Job Description
We are recruiting a Residential Cover Concierge to work for Rapport, based at our client's exceptional central London Residences in Fulham. In this role, you will cover the daytime Residential Host duties, providing a 5-star memorable experience to the residents.
The Concierge team consists of 8 individuals, with 4 people on shift at any given time.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40.25 per week
Shift pattern: You will usually work 4 days a week, mostly between Monday and Friday. Rotas are set monthly, but days off can vary as the operation runs 24/7. This is mainly a daytime role, but on rare occasions, you may be asked to cover a night shiftwith plenty of notice given.

Main responsibilities
- Working as part of a team, looking after the reception area, espresso bar and events.
- Ensuring that residents enjoy a warm and welcoming home environment.
- Engaging with residents, creating a sustainable professional relationship.
- Providing a first point of contact for any queries, complaints, and issues, and addressing them in a professional and prompt manner.
- Managing communication with the residents, including through the resident app.
- Conducting regular security and compliance checks and being an emergency first responder and contact.

- Willingness to be trained as a First Aider.
- Be IT and computer literate.
