The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role will be a minimum of 3 days a week requirement on-site in offices near Maidstone, with a requirement to flex for more as they move to busier periods of the process.

Are you immediately available to start a day rate Interim assignment on 30th April until mid/end of July? You will be supporting the HR team during a restructuring process.

Some responsibilities of the HR Advisor / HR Business Partner include:

  • General support for a restructure / redundancy process
  • Supporting the collective consultation process – participating in meetings, taking minutes, helping to facilitate setting up the consultation committee / balloting if needed
  • Participation in individual consultation meetings / supporting managers
  • Administrative support / actions throughout the process
  • Supporting with any associated grievances / ER issues
  • Support exit processes / outplacement support as required
