We are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join our client on a 3 month temporary contract from May until end of July (no holiday must be taken during this period).
Hours of work: Monday to Saturday 7.30am-4.30pm (Must be able to work these 6 days per week).
We require someone with a proactive nature:
- Must have experience in a similar facilities position.
- Experience of carrying out minor building repairs such as plumbing and basic electrics.
- Liaise with any contractors.
- Painting and decorating skills.
- Able to carry out manual handling duties such as moving furniture if/when needed.
- Handling the recycling duties for the building.
- Ability to look after the car park which may include communicating with people to move cars if not in correct space.
