Marine Claims Handler

Eames is partnering with a well-regarded insurance broker who are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join their Marine Claims team. This position will primarily be responsible for handling Hull and Machinery claims, ensuring the resolution of Excess of Loss Reinsurance claims.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee prompt and accurate processing of all claims documents, while addressing enquiries related to claims processing
• Offer guidance to clients as needed regarding claims and proportional treaty adjustments
• Develop strong relationships with clients, and proactively maintain existing client relationships.

Key Experience:

• This individual must have good knowledge, and experience, handling Hull and Machinery claims
• Must have excellent communication skills.
