We are supporting a major transformation programme with our enterprise client in their building s infrastructure space. The goal is to collect and analyse data on the 100+ buildings they have to ascertain key facts. These basically extend to everything about them; structure, electrical, mechanical, systems, condition, equipment etc, understanding data on running costs, maintenance required and associated costs, environmental impact, sustainability, and future predictions on overall needs to keep buildings going. Of course, programs like this do often extend into other areas but the key focus will be on buildings infrastructure. As PMO administrator, you will be supporting these efforts alongside senior management and various project managers. Its an exciting role requiring someone with excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills

Applicants need to have a solid administration background which does not necessarily need to be from the property or buildings infrastructure space. Experience of working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is essential although does not need to be exhaustive. We would expect this person to have 3-5 years experience but open to applications. The role is a fixed term employed contract for 6 months with options for extensions and possibly long term permanent. Great organisation with lots to learn.
