Our client is a well-established law firm based in Hale, specialising in commercial litigation and property law for both commercial and residential clients. Due to ongoing growth they are looking to add a number of Commercial Litigation Solicitors to their already successful team. They will consider candidates with experience ranging from 2 years PQE to 10 years PQE. There are currently 10 people in the team and it is expanding rapidly.
Type of Work: The type of work that you will be required to deal with are as follows:
- Business Disputes
- Shareholder and Partnership Disputes
- Quasi Partnership and Minority Shareholder Disputes
- Derivatives Claims
- Companies Act and Directors Duties Disputes
- Breach of duty claims
- Breach of Contract Claims
- Supply of Goods
- Construction Claims
- Misrepresentation Claims
