Position Overview: My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget up to 50 units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, including managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues that may arise.
