The Role & Responsibilities – £60,000+
As Group Head Chef, you will be at the forefront of our culinary vision, leading teams across multiple sites. You will work closely with the business owners to develop innovative, seasonal menus that celebrate incredible ingredients and inspire both our guests and our chefs. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and creative chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about contributing to the growth and success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the culinary operations of all restaurants and delis within the group.
• Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus using the finest British produce.
• Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source the best local and sustainable ingredients.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
