Shift Pattern: Night Shift 00 - 07.00 (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday) 30 - 07.00 (Wednesday)
You will need to be available on day shift (07.00 - 16.00, Monday to Friday) to undergo a training & qualification course for a period of up to 12 weeks. The company run bespoke software and machinery that you will be required to learn prior to transferring to the night shift.

The Role: As a CNC Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the night shift production team, ensuring the efficient operation of CNC machinery and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading a team of CNC operators and machinists.
- Overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Troubleshooting machine issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and skills.

- Proven experience as a CNC Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior CNC Operator.
