About the Role..

Our client is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with excellent Bentley and Revit experience to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting BIM implementation across diverse projects, ensuring seamless collaboration, efficient model management, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Leading and facilitating BIM coordination meetings with internal and external teams
• Supporting project teams in delivering high-quality BIM outputs on schedule
• Ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards
• Providing hands-on support with modelling, clash detection, and data management
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, tools, and workflows

What they are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role within architecture.
• Experience coordinating large-scale BIM projects using Autodesk Revit
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to support teams with both basic and advanced BIM queries

Software Skills:

• Essential: Autodesk Revit, Bentley, Navisworks, Autodesk BIM Interoperability tools, Common Data Environments (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Desirable: Dynamo, Grasshopper, Revit API (Python/C#), Rhino-Revit interoperability tools, Microsoft Power BI
