This is not your average Architectural vacancy but an opportunity to work for the in-house Architectural Design Team for one of the UK's most successful developers based near Leeds. The business designs, develops and constructs large care facilities throughout the UK.
Due to significant growth, this business has a requirement for a technically minded Architectural Assistant, Technician or Technologist with excellent 3D Visualisation skills to work in the pre-construction design team.
You should be a high energy individual looking to develop your career with an entrepreneurial organisation.
Requirements:
- Excellent 3D Visualisation ability
- Strong technical knowledge of latest building technology, planning and building regulations
- Ability to produce feasibility, planning and working drawings
- Working knowledge of Revit and BIM including modelling and BIM strategy
- Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to the value of £8M would be beneficial
