Your Role As A Product Specialist Will Include:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the companies product range and be the go-to expert for technical queries.
  • Design and deliver structured training sessions to engineers.
  • Provide and offer technical support to company engineers and customers - this could involve offering hands-on assistance.
  • Gather feedback from engineers and customers so you can continuously improve knowledge and training.

The successful Product Specialist Will Have:

  • Experience as a product specialist / technical support engineer / Product training or similar within an engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication skills - engage effectively with engineers, customers and sales teams.
  • Must be commutable to Milton Keynes and be available to travel to customer sites on occasion.
