Dedicated to developing a championship mindset, BXR offers training, facilities, and advice expected by professional athletes to members of all abilities. With boxing at its core, BXR provides various services, including combat disciplines, strength & conditioning, circuit training, group classes, clinic treatments, and nutrition advice. BXR's elite team comprises top boxing coaches, ex-champion boxers, current professional fighters, strength & conditioning coaches, and mindset mentors.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an FOH / Studios Manager located in Central London. The FOH / Studios Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the front of house and Sweat by BXR studios, ensuring high customer service standards and overseeing staff. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing studio bookings, and leading the front-of-house team. Additionally, the role involves executing projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
