A multi-skilled Clerk of Works is sought to join a growing team in Birmingham. This role focuses on monitoring and reporting on the quality of works for ongoing residential, commercial, and educational construction projects.
Key responsibilities include inspecting and ensuring compliance with contract documents, building regulations, and home warranty provider requirements throughout the construction process. Inspections will cover all aspects of the build, including passive fire stopping installations, façade construction, and final finishes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining quality standards from construction through to Practical Completion and the end of the Defects Liability Period.
The team is made up of a diverse mix of professionals including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Clerks of Works, and Carbon Managers. Operating nationwide, they collaborate on a wide range of projects in the residential, commercial, and education sectors. The work environment is dynamic and professional, with an emphasis on innovation, attention to detail, and successful project outcomes.
