Job Description
As SQA Lead, your main responsibilities are:
- Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
- Supply Chain Management
- Launch Planning
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Documentation and Reporting
Qualifications / Skills needed
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Quality Assurance, or Launch Planning within the battery or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and quality control processes.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and launching new products in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of automotive or battery standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices, including logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
