The role
As Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for spreading the good word about their impact on young people’s lives. The company delivers high-energy workshops and events that focus on communication, resilience and life skills in a memorable, fun and impactful way. Their workshops are built to be the antidote to boring corporate training, and they are looking for someone to fit that ethos. They are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, passionate and driven by achieving results.
This opportunity would see you be one of the main faces and voices of the organisation and use your people skills as your primary tool to achieve growth.
Day-to-day includes:
- Presenting the company and its services to potential clients (schools, colleges, and universities).
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide feedback and after-sales support
- Report to the Engagement Manager and Commercial Director on sales results
The package
- £23,000-27,000 base salary
- Additional bonus and commission – approx. £7,000-8,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Vitality private health scheme (inc. mental health, private GP & dental cover)
- 28 days leave inc. bank holidays
- 3 bonus leave days (volunteering day, well-being day, birthday day)
- 6 extra 'office-closed' days over post-Christmas period until 6th Jan
