About The Role
Can you manage a Sales Development on one of our Sites?

We are looking to recruit a site-based Sales Advisor to join our Sales team based in our South Midlands Region (to be located in Stevenage) reporting to the Sales Manager.
Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the first point of Miller Homes contact for potential and actual customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.
You will be self-motivated, target driven and organised with good IT proficiency. We are looking for candidates to join us who have a passion for delivering first class customer service and who will be rewarded with the potential for excellent earning opportunities and the chance to further your career with a leading national house-building firm.
An excellent reward and benefits package is available which includes the provision of a company car (or car allowance) to reflect the value and status we place on our site sales roles.
Flexibility as to working location is a key requisite of this site-based sales role.
New Homes sales experience is essential.
