Role: Sales Progressor

Location: Islington, London

This is an on site role Monday – Friday

Proper Recruitmentare delighted to be working with a leading independent Estate Agent who are looking for a sales progressor to join their successful office in London. This is an on site working role Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships
• Progressing sales to exchange/completion
• Liaising with solicitors
• Liaising with surveyors
• Providing expert advice
• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in sales progression
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently

Salary:

• Up to £35,000

Benefits:

• Bonus opportunities – OTE Circa £40k
