The role: Budgeting Business Manager
Working Arrangements: Fully Remote
Salary: GBP 450 per day Inside IR35
Contract Duration: 12 Months
As Business Manager, you will be responsible for implementing globally aligned processes related to resource demand planning. This will cover forecasting, budget creation and management, as well as the analysis and reporting of operational and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance of the budgets through forecasting, resource management, and financial review and reporting.
- Facilitate the review and ensure accuracy of global budgets (spend and internal resource demand) before submission to Finance during budget and forecasting cycles.
- Support collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are incorporated into the platform budget.
- Liaise with Finance to align program budgets with program strategy.
- Provide all necessary financial inputs for the finance process.
- Prepare business-specific analyses to support decision-making, including functional resourcing models and vendor due diligence inputs.
- Produce regular executive-level reports to brief the Leadership Team on the status of key programs and ensure financial accuracy in coordination with Finance.
To be considered for the Business Process Manager role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience in managing departmental budgets.
- Proven ability in financial acumen and working with Industry tools (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Smartcore, BPC, Clarity etc).
- Experience preparing resource and financial budgets / forecasts.
- Experience preparing executive level reports.
