The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current rental market.
Lettings Manager – Duties:
- Direct and lead the operations of the Lettings team
- Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties
- Accountable quality of customer care
- Meet and exceed targets for the Lettings business
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties
- Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff
- Staff training and development
- Manage the overall success of the Lettings team.
Lettings Manager – Required Skills:
- 2-3 years prior experience working within a Senior Lettings position, with a proven track record in securing new business
- Line management experience
- Listing & valuation experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and a positive attitude
- Tenacity and being a self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Be responsive to change
- A full UK driving license
