Your Responsibilities: As Order Processing & Sales Support Manager UK&I, you will lead the UK & ROI trade order processing function from purchase order acceptance through to invoicing. You’ll manage the team responsible for delivering operational excellence to both external customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all sales orders. Your role is key in driving process improvement, optimising order flow, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Duties:
- Lead and manage the Order Processing team, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, delivery tracking, and customer communication.
- Ensure smooth and secure invoicing, manage credits and disputes, and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to align operations with business goals.
- Support back-office functions and drive improvements in SAP (ERP) systems and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with FSC standards and prepare for annual audits.
- Foster a high performing, engaged team through regular feedback, development plans, and performance monitoring.
- Handle sensitive customer issues, maintain clear communication, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage staff scheduling, access authorisations in SAP, and seasonal staff onboarding.
