Managing Quantity Surveyor with refurbishment, cut and carve experience needed for main contractor based in London. The ideal person will have experience of overseeing multiple projects and experience leading a team of QSs & SQSs across multiple projects reporting into them. An industry relevant degree would be advantageous along with a working knowledge of multiple forms of contracts. Project values typically would be up to £25m.

Managing Quantity Surveyors in this role are responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment, restoration, cut and carve projects in Central London. They manage a team of QSs & SQSs, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and possess a strong understanding of various contract forms.
