About the Company - Halr Tech Group is working with an award-winning global retail powerhouse excelling within the fast moving retail industry, now looking to grow the customer loyalty/membership part of the business through high-end Business change processes.
About the Role - Are you a highly resilient senior business change management professional, a true self-starter, able to align multiple projects to success points, able to influence all partners to achieve change goals, coupled with the drive and experience to challenge and educate stakeholders. You will have 5+ years experience within the fast moving retail industry. Experience within Loyalty/membership cards would be ideal. A demonstrated ability to identify, articulate top stakeholders, execute and deliver is a must within this autonomous role.
THIS ROLE IS HYBRID: 1-2 DAYS ON-SITE PER WEEK IN CENTRAL MANCHESTER
MUST HAVE FAST MOVING RETAIL EXPERIENCE AS A CHANGE MANAGER
About you - You will have recent knowledge (5 years minimum), experience, and practical application of leading and delivering business change and implementation in a complex retail environment. You can build strong partnering relationships to drive the development, standardisation and professionalisation of an End-to-End Integrated Change function to establish and embed specialist change roles within the organisation and build change capability. With strong senior stakeholder management skills, including presenting complex information at Director level and a strong communicator, you are able to influence stakeholders and communicate messages clearly to a range of audiences at all levels – both verbally and in writing to persuasively bring stakeholders on the change journey.
Qualifications:
- 5 years+ Business Change Management (Is a must)
- 2 years Fast moving retail experience as a change manager (Is a must)
- Retail Loyalty/membership cards (Significant advantages)
- Autonomous Leader
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder influencer
- Strong English written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of similar successful change strategies and projects
Pay range and compensation package - Up to £650 per day Outside of IR35: 6 months. Candidates should be immediate or available within 2 weeks maximum: Able to interview this week.
