They work with a variety of organisations across the Financial services, energy and commodities sectors.

Your new role: A PMO analyst is required to come into the organisation, working as part of a small team alongside 1 other PMO supporting a variety of client-facing and internal projects and programmes. Reporting to the Operations Director, the PMO will hold a multi-faceted role of operational oversight and day-to-day project execution. The PMO Analyst will collaborate with cross-function teams, overseeing client requests and responses, updating reporting to generate data-driven insights and contributing to the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. The PMO analyst will also be required to work on preparing quotes, generating SOWs and responding to RFIs and overseeing monthly company meet-ups. The PMO analyst will work closely with engagement and delivery managers in the setup and monitoring of projects, including client and consultant onboarding activities. Support resource allocation and tracking across projects by maintaining accurate records of resource availability, allocations and dependencies.

What you’ll need to succeed: You will have experience of supporting Projects and Programmes previously, ideally gained working in a Software consultancy or other similar organisations. You will ideally have supported software development projects previously and have an understanding of software development methodologies and practices. Ideally, some experience of preparing quotes, responding to RFIs and preparing SOWs would be preferable. Knowledge of MS Office and specifically strong knowledge of Excel and JIRA is required.
