Due to ongoing success, a leading London-based property asset manager is urgently seeking a Property Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the London office and three days working remotely.

The primary focus of this role is to process consents and formalities related to property sales and lease term changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle legal inquiries related to the sale of existing leasehold properties and collect landlord fees.
  • Administer landlord requirements for property sales, transfers, remortgages, and consent applications.
  • Liaise with solicitors and lenders throughout the conveyancing process.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within the property sector.
