A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join a leading international law firm, to design and deliver key activity aligned to the firm's global People Strategy.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- To shape, feedback and support delivery of BAU initiatives and people strategy deliverables across a range of specialisms.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues to support business engagement with HR delivery to ensure activity delivered meets business needs.
- Reviewing and shaping proposed strategy delivery to ensure people experience is at the heart.
- Ensuring BAU and cyclical activity are planned into the People Strategy workstream project timelines and delivery.
- Flexible and adaptable in approach, working across multiple workstreams and identifying dependencies, risks and issues.
The successful applicant will have gained the following key skills:
- Business focused, generalist HR experience, ideally gained within the professional services sector.
- Project delivery experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation skills desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to move between deliverables across different specialisms.
- Experience of working in a HR Center of Excellence team also beneficial.
