£25,000 per annum base salary with OTE of up to £40,000 in your first year. This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to join our Reading office as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We have ambitious growth plans and we want you to be part of something HUGE!

Whether you have previous sales experience or not, if you have the desire to earn big, stay motivated, and hit your targets - we want to hear from you! Trainee Recruitment Consultants can typically earn between £30,000 to £40,000 OTE in their first year, with some of our top performing trainees earning between £45,000 to £55,000.
