Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and other software
- Ensure construction details comply with building regulations, planning guidelines, and industry standards (BS 19650)
- Manage Building Information Models (BIM)
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Attend site visits/oversee quality control
