Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and other software
  • Ensure construction details comply with building regulations, planning guidelines, and industry standards (BS 19650)
  • Manage Building Information Models (BIM)
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Attend site visits/oversee quality control
